Hi there! We’re the Kohler family from Nova Levante, South Tyrol.
We’ve been working for 40 years in the hotel industry, and we’re currently involved in renovating our hotel. The goal is to create something which will become the first health family hotel.
Over the last 40 years, our hotel, the Engel in Nova Levante, South Tyrol, has been a hotel boasting a variety of different formats: gourmet, family-friendly, sporty, wellness, and ayurveda. A bit of this, a bit of that to satisfy everyone. With the ongoing renovation, we’ve decided to pursue one specific goal and create something which is unique – a truly healthy family hotel.
What’s so different about ours? After all, there are plenty of family-friendly hotels around the world. All promise days of fun for all ages – and some even have a farm or a petting zoo for the younger guests. Others are a ski in, ski out hotel. And many have an all-inclusive soft serve machine, and their restaurants serve fish fingers and fries around the clock.
We had a privileged childhood, as we were brought up in the mountains, surrounded by incredible nature. We want to make this place a health place for young families with young children – we believe they truly deserve to experience the first truly healthy hotel.
